We are passionate about performance and strive to provide our learners with the best possible teaching and support available.

We are proud to be able to support our learners with an award winning education, with year on year increasing student success that exceeds the UK National average; and a student satisfaction rate that exceeds the national average.

Take a look at some of our key performance data below.

An award-winnning education

Our sector-leading approach to learning has been recognised with two Association of Colleges Beacon Awards, recognising our use of technology in and practical approach to teaching and learning.

Year-on-year increasing student success

Student success rates have increased year-on-year for the last four years. Which puts us in the top 30% of FE colleges nationally.

We also have an 83.7% achievement rate for our 16-18 year old learners which exceeds the current national average of 79.1%.

Our students go further

Did you know that 9 out of 10 students progress into employment or higher education? Figures from UCAS also show that we get more students into university than any other school or college in Oxfordshire and Berkshire.

93% of our students progressed directly into employment or onto higher-level learning such as a higher level course, apprenticeship or university study.

We increase students potential by at least one grade

Our students typically achieve between one and three grades better than expected on entry.

Our GCSE English A*- C pass rate for 16-18 year olds was 40.3%, over two times above the national average of 19.8%.

55% of our learners get a better grade in GCSE Maths and English with us in 2016/17.

Our students are happy with the quality of their higher education

85% of our higher education students are satisfied with the quality of their learning. This is higher than the national average for college-based higher education programmes. The academic support that we provide also received a particularly strong score from our learners.
